In teams, develop a comprehensive concept for a potential contemporary ready to wear brand. Brand pitch is to contain an eight look collection and budgeted marketing plan. As this project was sponsored by Cotton Incorporated, garments in the collection had a minimum requirement of 70% cotton. Final brand concept and looks were presented to a panel of industry judges, as well as an audience of peers.
As a team, conducted physical market research in Bergdorf Goodman and Crescala Collective to examine existing contemporary brands. Honed in on the idea of natural inspirations, eventually producing "hid(E)den" (Hidden Eden), a brand focused on shining a light on natures overlooked intricacies through direct and indirect references to the natural world. Eight look collection was visualized through design sketches, technical flats, and CLO3D models, with marketing materials being made in a variety of multimedia formats. As a member of a six person team my specialization was video content and graphic design, with both areas being my attempt at concisely visualizing the ideas and feelings our team wanted to convey.

A detailed and polished presentation showcasing the brand concept for hid(E)den, and the created debut collection, Unearthed. The full concept included brand ethos, consumer overview, textiles and finishes, in addition to the full eight looks and budgeted marketing plan. This was my first exposure to CLO3D, and I was glad to begin cultivating my skills with the software.
